Quest For My Pretty - Weekly Weight Loss Report

I passed the halfway point toward my goal of 80 miles by Easter! I reached it on Thursday, March 12 during Survivor (that's an easy show to work out during).

However eating out totally killed me this week. Husband and I had dinner at the Japanese Steak House, Soho Cafe, on Friday. Saturday I had lunch with a friend at PF Changs. Monday I had a business dinner at Bravo Italian Restaurant. Yikes. Did I make smart choices when I ate out? No. Absolutely no. I have no one to blame but myself.

But I need to focus on the positive. I've run over 40 miles!

Weight:
195 (+1, Boo!)

What I did right this week: Continued with the exercise and put myself on track for actually surpassing my goal!

What I want to improve on next week: Obviously, eat smarter when dining out.

I would like to get out of the 190s by the end of this. I still think that's doable. Just not today - today is Chick Fillet day at work.
