Quest For MY Pretty - Weekly Weightloss Update

I have no one to blame but myself for the choices I make.

So this is the week I fell off the wagon. Work kept me tied to my desk and I was unable to get time in the gym there (yes, I know... I am totally spoiled by having a gym at work). I haven't been there since Thursday. Why didn't I work out at home? Well I had a much bigger task this week - working as much as I could on my husband's 30th birthday gift. I'm not saying anymore because I want it to be a surprise. And food? Consumption of very VERY good food happened every single day between Thursday, including a good Easter dinner at a friend's place and some awesome Chinese dishes with Sumo as the chef. I swear - pot stickers are all about the sauce. And lots of alcohol with all the wonderful food.


Weight:
I am so not weighing myself this week. So don't even ask. Just give me some time to recover.

What I did right this week: Honestly, not much

What I want to improve on next week: Everything. I also still need a GOAL to tackle.
