Quest For My Pretty - Weekly Weight Loss Report

I spent more time NOT in the gym this week. But the weather turned a little bit more nice and I got in a few walks. The only bad thing about that is that me and Ohio air in the springtime (or fall) are enemies. It's like knowing I'm walking around in toxic fumes. I've also been on virtually a liquid diet for a couple of days - TMJ acting up. Hopefully it helps me keep the weight steady at least.

Weight:
194 lbs (the same) - well that's all I can ask for if I'm not getting into the gym so I'm happy.

What I did right this week: Walked around the block a few times both with my husband and without. Avoided the Cinco de Mayo Margaritas.

What I want to improve on next week: I need to get my motivation back. It's hard to be excited to go down to the gym when you're feeling like it's worthless and there are other things you have to get done. So I am going to devote the next week (starting Monday) to motivation!
