Quest for My Pretty - Weekly Weightloss Report

I didn't get into the gym as much as I wanted to, but I have been taking trips around the block and I did manage to get onto the elliptical on Sunday. My trip around the block is actually closer to 1.2 or 1.3 miles around so I've been underestimating. That's a good thing. But I've noticed I have a big excuse not to get into the gym when I'm at work: Someone else has taken my machine!

If I have an excuse I need to find a way not to make it an excuse anymore. In an effort to stop this excuse, I'm going to work on actually running outside. No one can take outside away from me (except the weather - and that's a different excuse I'll work on when after I get over the first one).

Weight:
192 lbs (-2 lbs) - I weighed myself twice because I didn't believe it. Unexpected.

What I did right this week: I managed to do a full 60 minutes on the elliptical this past Sunday during the finale of the Amazing Race. First time in a few weeks I've done that.

What I want to improve on next week: Working on my excuses. Make them non-issues. Also, shop for a different scale. I do not trust my current scale.
