Quest for My Pretty - Weekly Weight Loss Report

I know you haven't been hearing much from me lately. I please hope you'll excuse my relative absence. Things have been a little busy. But I haven't forgotten my readers! I'm just taking a little breather. Seems to be good timing since Blogger has been having trouble with timed post - I've had to post everything on the fly.

Weight: 190 (+1) - It'll be gone (again) next week! At least I hope it will.

What I did right this week: I got into the gym more often, but for less total time. Also am beginning to incorporate weight lifting.

What I want to improve on next week: Gym will be hard this week with my schedule and the holiday. So I will try to do better on my food.
