Quest for My Pretty - Weekly Weight Loss Report

I came to a decision this week. I think I'm going to try Weight Watchers Online. I've heard great things from a a few people and since exercise seems hard to come by due to work load, I should try to control my meals a bit better. Anyone out there had good luck with this program?

Weight: 190 (+1) Probably a bit from last week. I'm not surprised. But I knew it was too good to be true when I lost 2 lbs last week.

What I did right this week: I ate badly this week. I started resorting to fast food. I've had french fries several times, and I haven't been eating those that often. I usually choose other items. I need to ditch the fries.

What I want to improve on next week: Get into the gym. I don't care if I only do it once. I have to learn to get it back into my schedule again.
