Quest for My Pretty: Food Diary - Day 1

As I mentioned earlier, for this week I am going to be recording what I eat all day long and report it. While this won't be interesting to some of you, it will ensure that I actually DO this task. I also know many of you have good advice (and have been giving it to me on an ongoing basis) so I am hoping to get your feedback. (You can yell at me about how much junk I eat - I am asking for it!).

Breakfast - At Kwick Bytes (Work's Cafeteria)
  • Breakfast Sandwich from Work Cafeteria - Biscuit, Egg, cheese
  • Medium Coffee - skim milk, two sugars
Lunch - At Kwick Bytes (Work's Cafeteria)
  • Chick -Fil -A sandwich with may
  • Redskin and Sweet Potatoes side
  • Diet Cherry Coke
Snacks
  • 2 "Thanks-A-Lot Girls Scout Cookies (150 calories for 2)
  • 2 large Garlic and Chives crackers
  • 1 Jazz Apple
  • Aged Gouda Cheese

Dinner - at home
  • Homemade Beef Stew - substituting Daikon for potato

Desert - probably should have skipped
  • Small dish of Ben & Jerry's Tripple Carmel Chunk


Not the best day, I will admit. But hey - it was Chick-fil-A day at work.
