Quest for My Pretty: Food Diary - Day 6

Feeling quite wobbly (and hungry) after the hour on the elliptical yesterday. Not sure if I'll get in today, but I hope I will. It's a little tricky because I have a business dinner tonight and I don't want to go there smelly and I probably won't get out early enough to hit the elliptical before bed time.

Stove is still on the fritz by the way.

Breakfast - Kwik Bytes (Work's Cafeteria)
  • Oatmeal - with brown sugar and milk
  • Medium Coffee - with skim milk and two sugars
Lunch - Kwik Bytes (Work's Cafeteria)
  • Veggie Burger on Wheat Bun - with lettuce and Mayo
  • Side Salad - with mixed greens, Parmesan cheese, chow mien noodles, dried cherries, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, and edemame with Apple Cider Vinegar for dressing.
  • Diet Cherry Coke
Snack - home
  • 2 pot stickers left over from yesterday
  • Some aged Gouda cheese
Dinner - At Bravo Italian Restaurant
  • 1 piece of bread
  • Small Caesar salad, dressing on the side
  • Scallops with spinach on Gnocchi
  • Wine (don't ask me how much - I just don't know. I think about 3 glasses worth)
  • 1 blue martini - I had this first.
