Polish - Zoya Adina (you already know this is awesome!)

Zoya Adina has to be the most elusive polish to photograph. The reason I say this is because for every frame I snapped it was only the truth part of the time. So you'll get a few pictures here.

The next one was in my car because I noticed the green flash was showing off nicely:

In my office under Flash...

And the worst possible picture ever, just because you NEED to see how green this can look. My office lighting without flash:

Didn't realize she could look that green did you? Well she does. Adina is that green in most office lighting in my experience.

Side Note: Why does it seem to me that the only truly successful duochromes are purple/green ones? I would really like to know the answer to that. Zoya tried duochromes on other polishes in the Reverie collection but the duochrome nature was not as strong.

Color
Zoya Adina joins the list of successful Purple/Green duochromes. She's like the sister to Zoya Ki, Cousin to Revlon Khaki Zing (which I got rid of Ki because it reminded me too much of the Revlon) and the cousin by marriage to Rescue Beauty Lounge Scrangie. Where Zoya Adina is more successul than RBL Scrangie is in the treatment of the reflective particles that make it duochrome. I felt that RBL never successfully integrated those particles - it seemed like they just sat in their base, as though the base wasn't connected at all the the relectiveness. In Adina the base and the reflective shimmer mesh so well it's seamless.

Application
Two coats. Three if you really want. I would recommend a ridge filler with this one. I didn't use one and I can definately tell.

Wear
I wore this on top o Qtica Nail Growth Stimulator and with Zoya Anchor on top. Used OPI Drip Dry Drops. I have tip wear after 3 days but that's good for me.

Bottom Line
If you feel you want ANOTHER purple/green duochrome, go for it. Adina is gorgeous. But I'm dying to see other color combos in duochrome that are just as successful.

I believe Adina was named for the blogger KraseyBeauty. Please correct me if I am mistaken.

Zoya Nail Polish is available on their wesbite.
