Biker Chic - Playing more with Fyrinnae

I am in total lust over this eye shadow. Let me tell you up front, these pictures do not do Fyrinnae Biker Chic Eye Shadow justice:

Fyrinnae Biker Chic Eye Shadow is a color that has a black base but is loaded with a TON of blue sparkles. It's sort of Chanel Nuit de Russie for the eyes. Sadly I do not own that polish, so I have to make due with substitutions like China Glaze Blk-Bila-Bong but I'm off track. The point is I am in LUST with Biker Chic. See the pic on the Right - you can see a bit of the sparkle I'm talking about. My camera just didn't pick it up very well. I did have to apply it over Fyrinnae Pixie Epoxy. I want to try it over a few other things as well (like one of MAC's Greasepaint Sticks or something).

Breakdown

Eyes
  • Fyrinnae Pixie Epoxy - small amount on lid
  • Fyrinnae Eye Shadow in Biker Chic - patted heavily onto Pixie Epoxy. Reapply after blending with the Satin Taupe
  • MAC Eye Shadow in Satin Taupe - Blended in crease as much as possible try not to mess up the Biker Chick (I still have something to learn about blending with Fyrinnae here).
  • MAC Eye Shadow in Naked Lunch - Brow highlight color
  • MAC Eye Kohl in Smolder - Line the entire eye, waterline on lower lid. As you can see - it washed out quickly.I need MAC Carbon Eye Shadow so bad.
  • MAC Plushlash Mascara in Plush Black
Face
  • MAC Studio Fix Fluid in NC15
  • MAC Mineralize Skinfinish Natural in Light
  • MAC Blush in Stray Rose
Lips
  • MAC Lipliner in Dervish - used this to add a slight touch of pink.
  • Fyrinnae Lip Lustre in Bare Sholders - main lip color. It's VERY nude color (well, pale white girl nude color). :)
Thoughts on Fyrinnae
I must admit, Pixie Epoxy has turned me into a bit of a Fyrinnae convert. I really hated this line before I owned it. The true test will be when I try it with Rapunzel Had Extensions because that was my huge let down. Always looked so pretty on other people, but it never looked that way on me. Maybe the secret is in the Epoxy. But we'll discuss that at a later date.
