Makeup for "Date Night" at the Melting Pot

The Melting Pot in Dayton Ohio recently had an awesome deal where two couples (total of four people really) could eat appetizer, salad and entree for the grand total of $70. That's a GREAT Price. My husband and I went with another married couple that we know. But when it came time to do my makeup I was totally not into it.

I feel like the Melting Pot ended up on my eyes, and not in a good way. I wanted clear definition in my colors and lost that. I also wanted to highlight how cool Improper Copper is under Gleam, and that was washed away too by the much stronger Expensive Pink. It was my first time working with Improper Copper and let me tell you - I am going to have to work with it some more because it is GORGEOUS! I wanted to use it for eyes, cheeks AND lips... maybe I'll do just that some day.

Anyway, we had a wonderful time at dinner. Megan was our server. They stuck us at a booth in the bar area - which was good because we were away from the other guests. My husband and his friend can get very loud and obnoxious when they are together. I think my hubby just brings it out in people.
