Polsih - Zoya Buffy: Not The Vampire Slayer

To be perfectly clear: Zoya Buffy is a good polish. It's just not my color. Maybe it's your color, though.

This is what happens when I buy a polish for the name only - I end up with something that is not to my liking. Poor poor Buffy. The name "Buffy" evokes images of "Vampire Slayer" and butt-kicking and to me this polish is anything but. It's very girly, and serene. It's just not me. But maybe that's also "Buffy". Ms. Summers was a girly girl at heart.

Color
Blush color "nude" (I hate that term because it isn't nude for everyone) with pearly gold finish. Would probably look better on someone else's skin tone. On Darker skin tones I think this could be striking.

Application
Two, possibly 3 coats. I had issues with this one - not the easiest application and drying.

Wear
Wear was fine with Qtica Nail Growth Stimulator and Seche Vite. I don't think this polish likes Seche Vite very much.

Bottom Line
If Buffy is your thing, go for it. But she's kick-ass enough for me.

  1. I can think of a few people this would probably look great on, but I'm not one of them.
