Poker Face! Playing with Strange Colors (Fyrinnae Ghostly Voice Lip Lustre)

So I went to a friend's house to play poker on last Sunday. I didn't do terribly - I made it to the consolidation of the tables, and then was second out after that. But the good news is that fun out with friends always gives me a chance to play with crazy colors. Fyrinnae came to my rescue with Ghostly Voice Lip Lustre:

I look a little dead, don't you think? Seriously, Ghostly Voice Lip Lustre is unlike any other color I've ever tried. It's a gray-green-blue with pink flashes now and then. I tried to pink it up a bit with MAC Dervish lip liner. But I still look a bit dead. Doesn't help that I still haven't quite mastered the application of Fyrinnae shadows. Didn't help that it was cloudy either.

  • Fyrinnae Pixie Epoxy
  • Fyrinnae Eye Shadow in Android Angel - All over lid. Seriously awesome color if you don't have it.
  • MAC Eye Shadow in Charred - in outer corner
  • MAC Greasepaint Stick in Charred Mauve - lined eye with this. It's a bit thick, but the color really compliments Android Angel. I may have to play with this combo some more.
  • MAC Eye Shadow in Next to Nothing - brow highlight
  • MAC Plushlash Mascara in Plushblack

  • MAC Studio Fix Fluid in NC15
  • MAC Mineralize Skinfinish Natural in Light
  • MAC Blush in Plum Foolery

  • MAC Lip Pencil in Dervish - really colored in the lip
  • Fyrinnae Lip Lustre in Ghostly Voice - this is actually quite pigmented. I sheered it out on purpose.
Really not sure I did anything good here. In the end, I just had fun playing. Sort of like the poker game I guess.
