Quest For My Pretty - Weekly Weight Loss Report

Now that I'm on vacation the snacking has begun! Mostly the snacking has been in the form of Dorothy Lane Market's Fried Green Beans. I just can't get enough of those! But even though they are green beans, fried is still FRIED so ultimately, probably not that good of a snack. Special thanks to R3Beauty for the suggestion of frozen grapes because that does work for a sweet tooth in a pinch. I just need to solve my salty craving.

Anyway, it's been a long time so after the jump (yes I've discovered jumps) I'm going to give you measurements this week!


Weight: 162.0 lbs (-0.8 lbs)
Still going in the right direction, but I'll admit I let myself down. Yesterday it was 161.4 (I know I shouldn't look). I think it was the red wine.

I also calibrated my heart rate monitor to let it know that I am 162 lbs. I don't know if that will make a difference in it's read out, but somewhere between my measured calorie output by my monitor and my calorie intake on LoseIt I'm clearly not losing 1.5 lbs consistently anymore. I am following my guidelines on my Lose It App, so this is where I have to be honest with myself: Am I overestimating my output and underestimating my input? Most likely yes.

Goal this Week: Survive the holidays and solve my input/output issue.
