China Glaze Anchors Away Collection - Press Release and My Reaction

Hi everyone! Like many, I have China Glaze Press Release Information!  But I also wanted to discuss... So, because I'm sure you all have seen the press release by now, I'll express my thoughts first.

My Thoughts On The Collection
Without having tried any of these polishes out myself, and having seen very little information on the colelction as a whole, I must say that I am most excited for the PALE colors in this collection than the more vibrant shades. This is a switch for me. I usually like vibrant shades. Maybe it's because I am obsessed with Althea Harper's Harmonics 2011 collection. I could see these colors really working well with that palette or a similar fashion palette if you're looking to go toward the more muted/airy/sandy colors for spring.

In terms of glitters, my hope is that these glitters will be reminiscent of the Summer Days 2009 collection. I loved that formula and the way those colors were treated. Seeing the words "Glass Speck" in the press release gives me great hope that they have once again gone in this direction for "glitter".

Now... the Press Release!
