Last night I forgot to do my workout and drink my last shake (I was so caught up in something personal Yoga wasn't going to calm me down). But I went to sleep and woke up to wear... Jeggings! My first pair! Laugh if you will. I'm feeling SKINNY.

From my last real weigh in I should know that this is only a 3.2 lb loss. As you recall I was just charting my loss over 3 days. I expect to gain some of it back (maybe all of it) but I think I'll be skinny minny for the Runway the Right Way show on Saturday!
