I know I'm in the home stretch and believe me I am working my butt off. But I don't seem to be burning nearly as many calories as I used to. I guess that's my metabolism getting better.
I have been keeping up with my tricep pushup challenge. I have to say that I have had to do 5 in the morning and 5 in the evening. By the fifth day my arms, back, and neck were so sore! Keep in mind I am doing Turbo Fire's Tone and Sculpt workouts at the same time as this so I'm getting extra tricep work sometimes. As a result I ordered P90X's results and recovery formula. I'll review it for you sometime.
Anyway, lets get back to the weigh in:
Weight: 157.6 (-0.4 lbs, I consider this maintaining).
Obviously frustrated still. I know I'm at that part where it will be getting hard to lose weight, but also I am still carrying extra weight so why should it be hard yet? 150 was an arbitrary number. There's no magic in it. Had I chosen 135 as my original number would I be having trouble now or would I be losing easy?
Goal For Next Week
I'm getting close to the end of my TurboFire workouts. I owe you a review of the workouts. I also need to pick what I am going to do next. I'm thinking Insanity or P90X.
