I knew I would gain this week. I had an incredibly stressful week at work, and I didn't get as many workouts in as I was supposed to. I missed two entire days. That's really bad for me. I did throw a party, I also at out at the Melting Pot... but I don't blame any of my weight gain on that meal. I actually did very well there. It's just how the chips fell this week.
I mentioned this last week, but I'm still questioning: If my original goal had been 135 instead of 150, would I be having as difficult a time as I am now?
Weight: 158.6 lbs (+1 lb).
Yeah... it is what it is right now. I'm not going to beat myself up over a pound gain. For all I know it's water.
Goal for Next Week: Get all the workouts in! I'll need this as a goal. I have a heavy social calendar next week and it may actually mean that I *gasp* have to wake up early and work out!
