I spent five days and four nights in wonderful (gluttonous) Las Vegas beginning last Wednesday, lasting through Sunday. I decided to enjoy myself and not worry about my diet. I didn't want it to get in the way of having fun with my husband. So I ate at Bouchon, Nobhill Tavern, Noodles (several times, discovering a fondness for Chinese Broccoli) and of course the Buffet at the Bellagio (where I indulged in not one but 3 Mimosas). I ate hazelnut gelato twice, which I haven't had since Italy trip in 2000. And I discovered The Sugar Factory (more on that in a later post I expect). Reader ggggg would be very proud of me I think.
I am ashamed to admit I only got in one actual scheduled workout (yesterday - ChaLEAN Extreme Burn Intervals). But I spent an enormous amount of time walking up and down The Strip, around shopping malls, and of course, Casinos.I have the blisters to prove it.
So lets get in with it shall we? Needless to say, I expected an increase from last week.
Weight: 155.6 lbs (-2.0 lbs) WOW!

I also purchased my first swimsuit since my Honeymoon 7 years ago. DKNY One Piece in hot frakking pink Hibiscus. It felt so good to make that purchase.

I didn't take pictures of the deserts oddly. I guess I wanted to remind myself that I chose relatively healthy choices for my main courses. Except for perhaps the Zombie 11 drink.
Travel always did agree with me and my weight...
