Lets Talk About China Glaze Crackle Metals!

Now I know you've seen the press release on a gazillion different blogs so why don't we talk about it, shall we?

I quite enjoyed the solid shades of Shatter polish that China Glaze put forth  a while back, and even gave away three shades on my blog. These I am SUPER EXCITED about! Particularly, I want to try Oxidized Aqua. I want to wear it over  the Shellac I'm wearing right now! I am sad that by the time I get my hands on these I won't have them. I also think it'll be fun to try Cracked Medallion over some of the warmer foils we've seen lately. And I absolutely can't wait to try Tarnished Gold over a deep royal blue cream like OPI Blue My Mind or something like that just to get the perfect University of Michigan manicure for the fall (Go Blue!). So yes, I intend to mix and match these shades with different finishes and see what gorgeousness comes of layering these wonderful metal polishes.

I also can't wait to see what some of you are going to come up with. Why don't you tell me your ideas in the comments below?

Now, for the press release stuff that you've all read and seen:
