Last week I was floating the idea of not weighing myself every week given the changes I'm making to my diet and the intensity of my workout. Well, old habits die hard. I ended up weighing myself again.
Weight: 154.8 lbs (-0.6)
I can definitely live with that right now.
I wanted to tell you that last week I was relatively close to my 20% Fat, 40% Carbs, 40% Protein goal and came out with averages of 22%, 42%, and 36%. I'd like to get the protein higher. To be honest, the Insanity workout doesn't have quite as many vegetables in it as I would like either.
I think I did pretty well regardless of having to "improvise" with my husband cooking for his brother and nephew this weekend, and the sneak attack of the Grand Traverse Pie Company Mountain Berry Pie (my kryptonite). I will say this, though - I'm seriously craving chocolate. Not Shakeology chocolate, but solid, awesome, chocolate bars. I hope this will pass.

1 Cup Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
1 Cup Raspberries
1 tablespoon honey
1-2 Tablespoons chopped walnuts (optional)
(the above is modified from the Insanity diet guide and has saved me from late night snacking quite a bit).
