I am the first to admit that I took Friday, Saturday, Sunday, AND Monday OFF! Off in terms of food, off in terms of working out... everything. I needed a break. It was a stressful weekend filled with lots to do and I had hit a point where I just couldn't think about it! It happens to everyone, so I'm not going to beat myself up about it.

Whatever... I enjoyed my junk (and my friend Kara's wonderful pitzels) now it's time to WORK!!!
Yesterday I started officially trying to learn Round 44 of Turbo Kick to begin teaching. It's a great workout! I didn't even practice the whole thing and my heart rate monitor said I had burned 500+ calories in 40 minutes! I can't wait to really put the intensity into it and bring it to my friends at work. It's going to be so much fun!
