I haven't been the best person for working out and eating this last week, though I did KILL IT in Turbo Kick last night. Mostly this was due to a lot of craziness. As you may know, the candidate I was backing for congress did not win last night. On top of that, at the bar where we were awaiting results, some man keeled over and hit his head right on my chair! I freaked, but managed to call 911. I'm pretty sure that man is feeling pretty awful today, but I hope he's ok.
In other words, drama has been following me. I forgot to weigh in today. But I'm not going to worry too much about missing this week's weigh in.

I keep forgetting to do these, and some days I double up. I need to get back in the habit. That's what this is about! On the other hand, they are getting easier.
