Quest For My Pretty - Weekly Weight Loss Report

I'm now over 60 days into Les Mills PUMP. I reached that point about midway last week. Yes, I had one week when I was out of the country and couldn't do the workout so I'm behind. But Day 60 was reached! So far I'm really happy with the results. Take a look...

I'm noticing just about everything toned up. I've lost a couple inches off my waist and bust. My legs are getting fitter... I'm loving this!

Weight: 157.4 lbs (-2.4 lbs)

Also enjoying this trend. I hope I can keep it going!!!

Tomorrow night I expect to get my calories burned at the Aerosmith concert in Cleveland. Standing burns more calories than sitting. Dancing burns more calories than standing. I should be good.
