I'm noticing just about everything toned up. I've lost a couple inches off my waist and bust. My legs are getting fitter... I'm loving this!

Tomorrow night I expect to get my calories burned at the Aerosmith concert in Cleveland. Standing burns more calories than sitting. Dancing burns more calories than standing. I should be good.
