If I lose this week it's probably because I haven't been eating enough food. The reason I say that is because for the most part I haven't been eating the right food.

I didn't expect to lose this week. Chips, pizza, beer... not a great way to spend a weekend. But on the other days I think I haven't eaten quite enough sleeping has been tough as well. I've been on a heck of an emotional roller coaster which you don't need to know about except for me to say that it does funky things to both your appetite and your metabolism. So lets see where this coaster takes me.
