Last week I was so busy when not at work (times when I'd be working out) working on Dayton Fashion Week material, I am the first to admit I did not get very much exercise in (a game of softball being the total sum of my actually planned activities). I also did not eat how I should. I suppose it's stress, and lack of proper nutrition that makes me arrive at this number...
Weight: 151.0 lbs (-2.6 lbs)
This is not good. I take this to mean I ate way under my calorie intake for the week. While the number is nice the circumstances are not sustainable.
This coming week I'll not have the chance to check in as usual. So just know that. But I will be getting exercise in, and I WILL be eating more (and most likely better). I expect this number will change one way or another upon my next weigh in on August 20th.
Incidentally, I think I'll be starting Insanity again at that time. Anyone want to join me? Let me know!
