Hey everyone! I've had a busy couple of months! Dayton Fashion Week, Italy (yes I still have to post some pictures), Dayton Fashion Night Out (yes I have pictures of that too), and most recently the Downtown Revival music festival (that ended last night). Lots of opportunities to screw up my diet - which I did... a lot! So let's just go with the number. I'm not going to worry too much because I did just start Insanity again last week. We'll see if I can get this under control!

You know I don't like to see that but I have no one to blame but myself. It's not exercise which is the problem here and I know it. It's bad habits I picked up on vacation. So it's back to counting calories! Thankfully, Lose It does a great job of that. Just gotta let it doe it's work!
